Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

  1. The User shall properly manage the User ID and password for the Service at his/her own responsibility.
  2. The User may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend his/her User ID and password to a third party, or share it with a third party. The Company will consider any access with a matching User ID and password to be by the registered user him/herself.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the User ID and password by a third party, unless the Company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. The User shall pay the usage fees displayed on this website as consideration for the paid parts of the Service, in the method specified by the Company.
  2. If the User is late in paying the usage fee, the User shall pay a late charge at a rate of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

The User shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. Acts related to criminal activities.
  3. Acts that infringe on the copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights included in the content of the Service.
  4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Company, other Users, or other third parties.
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
  6. Acts that may hinder the operation of the Company's services.
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.
  8. Collecting or storing personal information about other Users.
  9. Using the Service for fraudulent purposes.
  10. Acts that cause disadvantages, damages, or discomfort to other Users or other third parties.
  11. Impersonating other Users.
  12. Advertising, soliciting, or conducting business activities on the Service without the Company's permission.
  13. Actions aimed at meeting with unknown members of the opposite sex.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)

This clause gives the company the right to limit a user's access or cancel a user's registration without prior notice if the user breaches any term of agreement, has provided false information, fails to pay required fees, doesn't respond to communications, doesn't use the service for a certain period, or is deemed by the company to be using the service inappropriately. The company won't be responsible for any damage caused to the user by actions taken under this clause.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)

This clause indicates that users can withdraw from the service following the company's procedures.

Article 9 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability)

  1. The company does not guarantee the service's absence of defects, such as safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, and fitness for a particular purpose, among others.
  2. The company won't be liable for any damage caused to the user due to the service.
  3. Exceptions apply if the contract (including the terms) between the company and user is considered a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Law.
  4. Even then, the company's liability is limited.

Article 10 (Changes in Service Contents, etc.)

The company can change the content or stop providing the service without notifying users and won't be responsible for any damage caused by this.

Article 11 (Changes in the Terms of Use)

The company can change the terms of use at any time without notifying users. If users continue to use the service after changes to the terms, they are considered to have agreed to the changes.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

The company will handle the personal information obtained through the service according to its privacy policy.

Article 13 (Notifications and Communications)

Communications between the user and the company will follow the methods set by the company.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The terms will be interpreted according to Japanese law, and any disputes regarding the service will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located where the company's head office is.
